Manish Sinha
Manish Sinha was the Corporate CTO for L'Oréal till September 2022. Previously, Manish was the Global CIO for Ansys Inc (Pittsburgh, PA), the Asia CIO for UBS and the Divisional CIO for Microsoft. He has also worked for Global companies like Yahoo. He has worked around the world with multiyear stints in Boston, Singapore, Bangalore, Paris, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, and Atlanta.

Manish is a senior executive with broad business knowledge, technical depth, and work experience in both public and private organizations. He is adept at team building and leading and creating cross-functional partnerships to deliver business initiatives. He has proven success at aligning business objectives with information technology goals.

His strengths are in team leadership, strategic planning, and communication. He is a strong practitioner of Situational Leadership framework and Servant leadership principles. Manish is certified in leadership coaching and hence seen as a mentor and coach who attracts, retains, and empowers team members and enables them to grow while delivering results. Manish is a highly motivated leader, especially skilled at collaborating and influencing diverse cross-organizational teams in delivering strategic solutions, including technical strategies to optimize the execution of business capabilities. Manish has won the CIO of Year and the Peer CIO awards in Pittsburgh. He was nominated by peer CIOs to the Wall Street Journal CIO Forum in the USA two years in a row. He has been recognized by PwC and the ANSYS Board for making multiple years’ worth of information security enhancements in less than 18 months. He has been recognized as an external speaker on GDPR and other data privacy regulations.

Manish is also very active in giving back to the IT community through advisory councils (ServiceNow & Microsoft), VC advisory forums, writing and publishing a book and many publications and by speaking at global conferences like Economic Times, and National CIO Review. He has been developing leadership within teams by acting as an advisor to several startups; one focused on IoT (Adrich), a second on Blockchain (AIO Network) and others focused on digital identity (ID Partners) and data privacy (Bornio).

Cory has led numerous engagements to create and implement award-winning customer-centric strategies and programs across multiple industries. He is equally familiar with driving world-class performance in both captive and outsourced operations. His extensive experience in developing and deploying customer survey and feedback mechanisms enables him to help companies thrive in today's Customer-Driven World. Cory brings to Mondial Advisors an innovative solutioning perspective for tomorrow's customer support models that are centered around driving automation through the evolving digital ecosystems where AI and Machine Learning complement human engagement to build both customer loyalty and drive operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Mondial Advisors, Cory was the VP of Customer Experience and Care Operations at Midcontinent, where he was responsible for strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Customer Operations for both Residential and Business customers.

Lovina Srivastava

Over the last 30+ years, Lovina Srivastava has worked in diverse sectors, including the automotive, cable industry, telecommunications, and defense sectors, in both large corporations and start-ups. In this time, she served in various capacities, including core software development, technology transformation, and conducting assessments against various standards while addressing identified gaps. In her career, she has built a reputation as someone adept at leading complex organization-wide change and transformation projects through clear focus, strong interpersonal skills, and sound execution.

Lovina has program managed organization-wide compliance efforts towards various cybersecurity and quality standards in the defense and telecommunications sectors, including the new DoD Cybersecurity standard: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). These efforts typically begin with an initial assessment against the standard, followed by individual projects to address the identified gaps, thereby preparing the organization for a successful official assessment and protecting it against potential cyber threats.

In the past, Lovina has also led several assessment efforts against multiple quality standards, including CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated), after being formally authorized by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) to lead such assessments. She has worked directly with people at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, to develop strategies and plans and to obtain buy-in for execution approaches. She is extremely comfortable working with geographically dispersed multicultural, virtual teams of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
